The Office of the State Fire Marshal is the state agency responsible for public health and safety in all areas, and assumes the tasks of upholding the Fire and Health and Safety Code in the state of San Andreas. Registrants of businesses, or locations where public gathering is encouraged, are legally obliged to obtain a Fire Safety Certificate from the Office prior to commencing their operations.

This can be done using the facility provided on this website. All relevant information, provided hereunder, must be read and understood prior to applying for a Fire Safety inspection.
